Job Title: Visual Project Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. A successful candidate will have experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, and Workfront.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
  • Assign tasks to team members based on workload and skillset
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in project workflow and implement solutions
Deliverables:
  • Well-coordinated and efficiently managed design projects
  • Establish process for quality assurance and control for design deliverables
  • Project handover from Global to Regional teams upon completion
  • Clear and effective communication between project stakeholders
  • Process improvement recommendations and implementations
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Basic understanding of design principles and processes
  • Ability to assess workloads and allocate resources effectively
  • Knowledge of design quality standards and ability to review deliverables
  • Competency in data analysis tools and ability to make data-driven decisions

The Visual Project Coordinator will work closely with the Design Realization Manager lead to assess resource availability and workload. They will also collaborate with design colleagues across Brand Building and DRC.
