Job Role Overview

We seek an Engineering Lead/Manager to own engineering for the entire stablecoin initiative — spanning both application and infrastructure layers. The individual will lead a small engineering team while staying hands-on building backend systems that scale securely and reliably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead backend development of web and mobile applications.
  • Design and scale backend systems powering payments and settlements.
  • Build solid, reliable infra on top of fragmented provider APIs across markets.
  • Lead technical discussions and own architecture for integrations and scaling.
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture.
  • Own delivery timelines and establish engineering best practices.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Strong skills in TypeScript/Node.js, and API design.
  • Background in fintech or payments strongly preferred.
  • Experience building integrations with external APIs/partners across geographies.
  • Track record of leading small teams and scaling early-stage systems.
