CNC Programmer Opportunity

Are you an accomplished programmer with experience in working on computer numerical control (CNC) machines? Do you have a strong passion for the construction and stone industry?

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a vital role in collaborating closely with sales personnel, templaters, and other programmers to manage personal workflow, identify problems, and offer solutions.

  • Experience with MasterCAM and ALPHACAM is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who only has CAD experience.
  • A deep understanding of the countertop/stone industry is highly valued.
  • You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, interpreting specification sheets from architects and designers, and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Required Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in reading blueprints is highly recommended.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in the construction and stone industry is required.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Hands-on experience with MasterCAM, AlphaCAM, or similar software/applications is necessary.
  • Ability to read blueprints/drawings received from customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Natural details orientation.
  • A solid understanding of the importance of accuracy and precision in work.
