About our role:

We are seeking a talented professional to manage the entire customer experience, drive growth success, and develop marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities will include analyzing data and insights, playing a key role in goal setting and strategy for all accounts, and tracking the success of our solutions provided to customers.

The ideal candidate will be an AI marketing solutions expert, able to identify, create, and implement marketing solutions to achieve measurable business results for our partners.

Additionally, you will design metrics and measures for determining the ROI on our products, become an evangelist for our products by educating clients on product solutions and best practices, and effectively address customer satisfaction and manage diverse issues until resolved.

You will also build a thorough understanding of clients' brands, businesses, customers, and competitive landscapes, providing strategic guidance in building requisite digital marketing initiatives.

Furthermore, you will develop industry best practices, media strategies, and benchmarking initiatives for various business use cases, conduct knowledge sharing sessions with team members whenever needed, and develop analytical frameworks and research protocols.

Finally, you will generate reports and present performance snapshots to internal stakeholders.

About you:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of hitting and overachieving retention and growth targets, prior experience in digital marketing and understanding of media channels like Google, Social Media, Programmatic buying, etc. and analytic tools such as Omniture, GA, Appsflyer, Kochava etc.

Additionally, you should be able to achieve revenue targets for customers on a timely basis, be a problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans, have a growth mindset - creative and diligent, and be able to multitask, prioritize, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced environment.
