  1. Have a good understanding of Bank Risk control framework and the underlying concepts on Risk Management.
  2. Assist in performing Quality check on monitoring reviews that are defined per risk and control assessment methodology.
  3. Document quality fails, any learnings or issues that may arise, and pass feedback to Supervisor.
  4. Monitor compliance of control as appropriate to regulatory requirement.
  5. Provide inputs during Control Monitoring Design Assessment to draft and define procedures.
  6. Involved in assessment of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of Manager Control Assessment through controls.
  7. Coordinate adherence to Manager Control Assessment Standard through controls after execution of process.
  8. Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, understand process changes if any, and participate in trainings, meetings, etc.
  9. Escalate any control failures.
  10. Complete quality check within timely manner to complement results submission timeline in Bank Risk Control system.
  11. Assisting in creation and maintenance of reports for control tracking and analysis.
  12. Identify risks across business and organise cross-functional solutions.
  13. Challenge status quo of existing controls, identify opportunities for enhancement.
