Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution

    • Stay ahead of platform trends and recommend innovations to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Content & Creative Leadership
    • Own storytelling for business narratives across digital content formats.
    • Collaborate with design, video, and writing teams to produce high-impact creatives.
    • Write compelling copy and scripts aligned with the brand voice.
  • Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Support
    • Leverage social media to drive high-intent leads and support partner onboarding.
    • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize paid campaigns.
    • Track lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion metrics through analytics and CRM inputs.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
    • Track and report on KPIs: engagement rate, follower growth, traffic, lead generation, conversions.
    • Use insights to optimize content strategy and execution.
    • Benchmark performance against competitors and industry leaders.
  • PR & Media Visibility
    • Support the PR team in amplifying leadership articles and business milestones.
    • Coordinate with the PR agency for media coverage of campaigns.
    • Contribute to content for press releases and employee initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing with content + performance exposure.
  • Proven ability to run engaging campaigns that convert and build brand equity.
  • Strong understanding of platform trends, analytics, and engagement formats.
  • Experience with lead-gen driven campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Tools: Social media management tools, Hootsuite, Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio.
