**Job Summary**
This role is focused on developing and maintaining automated test suites to ensure high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks, as well as experience with API testing, version control, and CI/CD tools.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks to ensure high-quality products.
- Contribute to mobile automation with Appium and web automation with Playwright for seamless testing experience.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools to validate product functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, Product) to define testing strategies and ensure product quality.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for efficient testing and deployment.
- Report and track defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution with development teams for timely fixes.
- Continuously enhance frameworks for reusability, scalability, and maintainability to optimize testing efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in test automation to drive expertise.
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python/JavaScript for effective testing.
- Familiarity with API testing (REST, SOAP) for comprehensive product validation.
- Knowledge on Typescript and WebDriver.IO for advanced testing capabilities.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for efficient collaboration.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies for streamlined project management.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to drive team success.
