Job Description:

As a Data Warehouse Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data transformation processes using Snowflake. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that ensure data integrity, quality, and performance across all solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake, as well as experience in cloud data warehousing and business intelligence. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in data transformation and SQL scripting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Data Transformation Processes: Utilize Snowflake to design and develop efficient data transformation processes that meet business needs.
  • Implement Complex Queries and Data Transformations: Use SQL scripting to implement complex queries and data transformations that drive business insights.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and Test Data Models: Develop, test, and deploy data models and transformations using dbt Cloud.
  • Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub, to automate workflows and ensure seamless delivery of data solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in data transformation and SQL scripting.
  • Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake, experience in cloud data warehousing and business intelligence.
