Quantity Surveyor Position

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of projects, utilizing their expertise in cost estimation and project management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents provided by the client and consultants.
  • They will also identify project requirements, including materials, equipment, labor, and other resources necessary for project cost.
Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation: Utilize expertise in cost estimation to accurately predict and prepare detailed cost estimates/BOQs for Civil/Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Project Management: Work closely with clients and consultants to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Resource Planning: Identify necessary resources, including materials, equipment, labor, and other resources required for project completion.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 2 years of technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Perspective: Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
