Key responsibilities

  • Manage client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to understand client needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Nielsen Sports tools and product portfolio.
  • Analyse data and present findings to clients, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with media operations teams to align client projects and meet service-level agreements.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of client business issues and needs, as well as the media and advertising industry.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Italian.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using project management platforms.
  • High level of competence using Business Intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft's PowerBI.
  • Multiple years of experience using Python and SQL to extract and manipulate data.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field requiring strong analytical skills and written communication.
  • Strong understanding of the global media ecosystem and how it is measured.
