Senior Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Experience Manager to join our team at Omnicom Media Group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying effective talent engagement, development, and retention practices for our business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual people engagement initiatives aligned with our key business strategies.
- Drive onboarding and off-boarding practices according to our organization's guidelines.
- Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys, and recommend data-driven interventions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within performance management, merit and bonus awards, benefits enrollment, etc.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of HR-related metrics and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, highly collaborative environment.
