Site Installation Specialist

- Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely project handovers to customers and internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality project results within agreed-upon timelines.
- Collaborate closely with customers and vendors to ensure seamless execution of project activities according to established plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales/Commercial and Logistics, to schedule and facilitate deliveries in compliance with regional regulations.
- Drive successful product installations by collaborating with product application and service teams.
- Apply revenue recognition guidelines to drive regional business growth in alignment with sales and commercial strategies.
- Ensure final project drawings are coordinated with planning teams.
- Maintain site readiness and adherence to EHS and statutory regulations.
- Organize all project-related documentation for easy reference.
- Partner with Regional PM teams to identify and execute productivity initiatives that enhance project efficiency.
- Comply with Siemens Quality Guidelines, Quality Management System, and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical).
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is required.
- Ability to handle multiple parallel projects with varying scales.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Capacity to build relationships across all levels within the organization.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
