Electrical Installation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee the installation process of our innovative smart home products and solutions.

As part of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring the entire installation process at customer sites, ensuring adherence to our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, and power supplies, as well as proficiency in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the entire installation process at customer sites to ensure adherence to SOP
  • Ensure seamless installation process and minimize error rates
  • Promptly address process deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products
  • Proper documentation of errors noticed, and present metrics
  • Structured escalation of identified issues and provide resolutions in a systematic manner

Requirements:

  • Educational background should include a B.Tech or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Ideally, 0 to 2 years of expertise in the same or a relevant industry
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
