• Develop and execute field-marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
• Plan, implement, and monitor branch-level marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for new acquisitions and retention.
• Ensure accurate valuations and appraisals of gold ornaments with zero errors.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to minimize NPAs.
• Promote smooth branch operations and foster team cohesion.
• Select, train, and mentor employees, providing timely feedback on their performance.
• Prepare reports and take necessary actions to drive business growth.

• 3-6 years of experience in gold loan banking or client service.
• Bachelor's degree; post-graduation is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
