Job Title: Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager

Raise your career to the next level as a Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, developing test strategies, coordinating with various teams, managing test plans, and ensuring the quality of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure high-quality results
  • Lead a team of testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies and best practices
  • Manage test plans, write test cases, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Perform risk assessments and provide regular updates to stakeholders


Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in manual testing
  • Experience in Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing
  • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test plans and writing test cases
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the Utility sector is a plus
