We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Application Monitoring and Optimization Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in setting up and configuring monitoring tools, as well as experience in operational application management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and ensure long-term fixes.
- Define and fine-tune alerts for different applications, integrating them into incident management tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize application code with respect to error handling and alerting.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and monitoring tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with monitoring setup and configuration.
- Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
