Senior Software Engineer - Data Analytics

As a Senior Software Engineer in Data Analytics, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven applications that drive meaningful change in the healthcare sector. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting complex data sets, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Designing and implementing databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies to optimize statistical analysis and data quality.
  • Acquiring and maintaining large datasets from various sources, including relational databases and external data providers.
  • Filtering and cleansing data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborating with management to prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving change initiatives.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of C#, .Net, Angular, Microservices, and Data Science & Analytics.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture patterns, preferably Azure or AWS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building commercial software or digital platforms.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and application security best practices.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Business Intelligence or Data Warehousing expertise.
  • Understanding of healthcare data models, interoperability standards, and clinical, claims, financial, and other key data types.
