Job Title: Backend Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Backend Implementation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality backend implementations that meet performance, power, and area (PPA) optimization targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ASIC design and experience with EDA tools such as Redhawk-SC, Redhawk – IR, and EM Analysis tool. Additionally, they should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver RTL-to-GDSII implementation of complex SoC blocks or full-chip designs targeting PPA optimization and signoff closure.
  • Analyze EMIR violations and provide implementation choices to Physical Design.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Perl, or shell scripting languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ASIC design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in EDA tools such as Redhawk-SC, Redhawk – IR, and EM Analysis tool.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of Python, Perl, or shell scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of PnR tools.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment.
