We're seeking a seasoned backend expert to drive our tech initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, along with hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain clean, readable, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Implement and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
  • Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers, fostering growth and innovation within the team.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in backend development, focusing on Node.js.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
  • Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Good to Have
  • Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
  • Familiarity with Serverless (AWS Lambda, etc.).
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) for full-stack contributions.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
