Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This is a senior-level position that requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to lead and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement medium to large-scale ServiceNow solutions aligning with organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in architecting robust and scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and other SAAS products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Must have experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Should have at least 8 years of experience
- 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Lead
- 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CSI)

Desirable Skills:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Service Request, and Change Management
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for complex business processes
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Ability to lead and manage projects, including coordinating with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Integration Expertise:
Utilize various integration methods, including REST, hub and spoke model, and packaged solutions.
