Leadership Position in Academic and Administrative Development

The principal will provide strategic direction to the polytechnic college, ensuring excellence in education discipline and institutional development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, organization, and management of academic and administrative functions.
  • Evaluate and implement curriculum standards in accordance with AICTE and SBTE Bihar Patna regulations.
  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff while promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Monitor academic performance and student outcomes, taking corrective measures when necessary.
  • Supervise admissions, examinations, and certification processes in compliance with governing regulations.
  • Develop policies for maintaining discipline, punctuality, and a safe learning environment.
  • Foster collaboration with government bodies, AICTE New Delhi, and SBTE State Board of Technical Education Bihar Patna, ensuring timely submission of reports and compliances.
  • Promote industry partnerships for internships, training, and student placement.
  • Manage budgets, secure grants, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Represent the college at academic, social, and official events.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Engineering Technology, with a Ph.D. preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of teaching, research, and industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with AICTE NBA accreditation processes and state technical education regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
