We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our projects in large-scale construction.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating between cost, time, and quality to deliver projects on schedule;
  • Providing timely inputs to administration teams;
  • Producing regular Management Information System reports;
  • Managing contractor billing and rate negotiations;
  • Setting baselines, scheduling, planning, and reporting for large-scale construction projects;
  • Contract familiarization and technical field skills;
  • Coordinating with project/procurement/supply chain management teams;
  • Preparing organization charts and resource allocation plans;
  • Fostering project progress at every stage.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with 25 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement, architecture, design, and quality assurance.

Industry background in real estate, high-rise buildings, big hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
