Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our Oracle Utilities implementation team. This is an onsite position that requires strong project management skills and experience working with Oracle utility products.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will own the delivery of project deliverables, ensuring business value meets customer expectations.
  • You will create and maintain PMO artifacts to ensure on-time completion of project tasks.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage issue escalation in a timely manner.
  • Provide weekly project status reports and debriefs to company leadership.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  2. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
  3. Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities (water, gas, electric) industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experienced in leading projects utilizing standard project management tools (MS project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflict, and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and a keen interest in delivering high-quality deliverables.
