Lead Fundraising Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned professional with expertise in developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to drive revenue growth.   • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DONORS, FOUNDATIONS, AND CORPORATE PARTNERS TO SECURE FUNDING FOR THE FOUNDATION'S PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enrichment and augmentation of fundraising efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, social sciences, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, preferably with 3+ years in a leadership position.
  • A proven track record of success in securing funding from diverse sources, including individuals, foundations, and corporations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
