About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and transformational change.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Process Engineer to leverage their expertise and passion for process improvement to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives to drive business outcomes
  • Utilize process expertise to support multiple business groups and provide data-driven insights
  • Identify procedural and control deficiencies and recommend solutions to improve processes
  • Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities for improvement
  • Consult with leaders to understand business needs and develop process improvements that meet those needs
  • Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience with Business Process Design, Process Modelling, Service modelling & current & target operating models
  • Knowledge of RCSA
  • Exposure to process modelling techniques and standard notations like BPMN, UML , EPC etc
  • Hands-on experience with modelling tools IGrafx, ARIS, Signavio, Visio BPM etc
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive meetings with numerous stakeholders to achieve outcomes
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
