This role is crucial for controlling the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and timely access of both electronic and hard-copy documents to ensure project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation & Control:
  • Manage all company and project documentation.
  • Develop and improve existing document control procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and established standards.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve both electronic and hard-copy documents for clients and industry professionals.
  • Reporting & Auditing:
  • Produce regular document progress reports for senior managers to track project status.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaboration & Distribution:
  • Coordinate and distribute documents within the organization.
  • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of document management systems and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in handling various documents related to design, contract, project, quality, and safety.
