Job Title: AI Engineer

As an AI engineer, you will work on complex projects that challenge and inspire. The role involves leveraging AI-driven technology to create a positive impact.

The primary responsibility is to design, configure, and deploy intelligent agents that enhance automation, service delivery, and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in workflow automation, Integration Hub, and API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of LLMs and ML concepts for natural language processing and AI-driven automation.
  • Experience with data integration, knowledge articles, and platform data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
