Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Management Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing marketing & branding objectives, increasing brand awareness, and analyzing market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare marketing & branding objectives to increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and develop innovative ideas for marketing & branding campaigns.
  • Create calendars for all activities and ensure timely execution.
  • Assist the team in managing annual budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing collaterals.
  • Proofread and edit all marketing and branding materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using Web analytics tools.
  • Manage database marketing, including database mining, email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Call Centre and CRM for lead management.
  • Prepare weekly reports on activities, deadlines, schedules, and purchase orders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
