Job Summary:

The Data Insights Analyst will play a critical role in establishing key measurements that align to our overall organizational imperatives. This person will develop scalable processes for timely and effective data delivery to leaders, including delivery methods and frequencies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and experienced in translating complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and common understanding of data and trends
  • Analyze complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as required
  • Present findings to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Recommend key metrics and measures that will help leaders make data-driven business decisions and support our strategic imperatives
  • Utilize advanced Tableau features to create interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, finance, computer science, mathematics)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics for revenue operations, sales, and finance
  • Ability to translate complex sales metrics into clear and actionable insights for business leaders
  • Knowledge of SaaS/subscription business models and associated KPIs
  • Strategic thinker with a holistic view of sales and financial objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales measurements aligned with strategic goals and execute data gathering, analysis, and visualization of key measurements
  • Expertise in Tableau, including advanced techniques for creating complex dashboards and visualizations
