Job Title: Compliance Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices adhere to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on ongoing compliance with SEBI AIF and PMS regulations, including submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual filings and reports.
  • Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update Private Placement Memorandum, Trust Deed, KYC documents, contribution agreements, and distribution agreements as necessary.
  • Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and forums to address compliance-related matters.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of changes in SEBI regulations and directives to ensure organisational compliance.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement organisational compliance policies and procedures.
  • Review marketing materials and other documents for regulatory compliance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in law preferred
  • NISM Series-III-A certification an added advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal functions in allied industries (AIF/PMS) with knowledge of SEBI AIF & PMS Regulations
