As a Mortgage Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end mortgage application process with exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:Loan Processing and Client Interaction:
  • Review and process mortgage applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Liaise directly with clients to verify information and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Maintain communication with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to provide updates and address inquiries.
Data Management and Compliance:
  • Accurately input application details into internal systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Maintain and update client records within the CRM system for seamless tracking and follow-up.
  • Support Case Managers by preparing comprehensive case files for underwriting decisions.
Collaboration and Support:
  • Partner with Mortgage Advisors to gather additional documentation or clarify details required for loan approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and resolution of loan applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mortgage administration or a related financial services role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
