Cloud Engineering Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Engineering Leader to spearhead initiatives in integrating AI/ML capabilities and data services using the Microsoft Azure platform.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable data integration pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
  • Build, train, and deploy AI/ML models leveraging Azure Machine Learning and Azure Cognitive Services
  • Integrate Azure AI services into enterprise backend systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI/ML and data strategies
  • Optimize performance and scalability of data pipelines and ML workflows
  • Maintain security, reliability, and operational excellence across solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Backend Development: 7-17 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, building and maintaining scalable microservices
  • API Integration: Deep understanding of REST APIs, API design principles, and system integration patterns
  • Azure Data & AI Services: Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services
  • Data Integration: Proficient in designing and managing ETL/ELT processes
  • AI/ML: Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including model training and evaluation, deployment and versioning, and model performance monitoring
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking
  • Database Systems: Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
