Supporting Technology Infrastructure

We are seeking an IT professional to fill a key position at our organization.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Intune, MAM, and SCCM
- Manage and monitor SCCM infrastructure, including Distribution Points, Management Points, and Software Update Points
- Proactively monitor device compliance, OS versions, and policy enforcement
- Deliver technical support for Windows Management and SCCM client health
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of cloud technologies, Azure, and Active Directory, as well as experience with Intune compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, and device restrictions. They will also be skilled in troubleshooting Android and iOS device issues in Intune and have experience with Windows Autopilot, update rings, SCEP, PKCS.
Key qualifications include strong communication and documentation skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment, and experience with ticketing tools, such as SNOW, Remedy, or HPSM. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting is also desirable.
