Assistant Retail Manager for K-Beauty Flagship Store

Our flagship store offers an immersive retail experience showcasing the latest K-beauty trends and innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized product recommendations to ensure seamless shopping experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Inspect and manage inventory efficiently to maintain visually appealing store displays and prevent stockouts.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including product displays, cleanliness, and checkout processes.
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in beauty or retail roles is advantageous but not required.
  • Passion for K-beauty and awareness of current beauty trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail management roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of product curation and merchandising principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
