About the Role

The Associate Manager - Programmatic Campaign will be a strategic partner to our clients, driving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities.

This role involves leading a team of specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programmatic solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and mentorship to a team of programmatic specialists.
  • Developing and executing client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving KPIs and driving business growth.
  • Owning client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
  • Identifying and pursuing account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.
  • Leveraging expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilizing MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and adherence to best practices.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 2-4 years of experience in programmatic campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team.
  • Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs.
  • Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel and PPT skills.
