Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
">Key Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditures.
- Have experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules.
- Perform monthly variance analysis and identify key actionable points to drive business decisions.
- Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual flash reports and forecasts.
- Manage fixed assets and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Design and generate management information systems (MIS) and other dashboard reports to inform business strategies.
- Compile and review financial statements, including schedules and annexures.
- Verify bank reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure timely filing and payment of GST.
- Oversee audit assignments and ensure seamless execution.
- Comply with SEZ and non-SEZ regulations to avoid any regulatory issues.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Possess a professional certification in accountancy, such as CA.
Note: This job requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
