Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our knowledge management efforts.

The successful candidate will define and implement an enterprise-wide strategy for managing knowledge, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.

This role requires a strong understanding of complex organizational systems and the ability to design and embed knowledge management practices at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing governance and accountability across all knowledge domains and repositories.
  2. Designing and managing end-to-end knowledge lifecycle management processes, including policies, standards, and best practices for content creation, validation, publishing, curation, and retirement.
  3. Overseeing knowledge content audits, quality assurance, and relevance reviews in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and usability.
  4. Managing knowledge bases within ServiceNow, integrating third-party repositories, and designing seamless interfaces for employees, suppliers, and franchisees.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in knowledge management, experience implementing enterprise knowledge platforms, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required.
  • 15+ years of experience in knowledge management or content strategy, preferably in a complex, global organization.
  • Demonstrated success developing and operationalizing KM frameworks and lifecycle processes across multiple functions or geographies.
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
