We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead our organisational change management initiatives, utilising their expertise in strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design and implement effective change strategies that meet business objectives
  • Develop stakeholder management assessment plans and engagement plans that foster collaboration and open communication
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices on organisational change management and change toolkits
  • Execute projects successfully within agreed schedules, budgets, and scopes, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate, providing clear guidance and support

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in large-scale transformations (digital, process, or cultural)
  • Certifications like PROSCI or equivalent are highly desirable
  • Ability to travel onsite for short durations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
