The IT Support Specialist delivers exceptional technical assistance to users, leveraging strong expertise and excellent communication skills for seamless day-to-day operations.
This role involves working closely with colleagues to troubleshoot technical issues, manage IT assets, deploy hardware, and provide face-to-face support for various technologies.
- Expertly assist users on Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, MFA, and remote access.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, asset tracking, and user request handling.
- Support diverse client OS environments, including Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and VDI.
Key duties include:
- Tackling tickets related to Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, MFA, and remote access.
- Supporting multiple client OS environments, including Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and VDI.
- Conducting remote troubleshooting and guiding users through resolutions.
- Maintaining accurate asset records and ensuring compliance processes.
- Hosting product demos, providing training, and promoting technology adoption.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- 1–3 years of experience in Desktop/Help Desk Support for domestic and international users.
- A solid working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Expertise in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills.
