Job Title: AI Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Technical Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of projects for different AI products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects. Key responsibilities include managing project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing clear status reports to stakeholders.

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Closely collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
