Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our personal lending products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Vision: Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to build a market leader in personal lending.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Conduct research on customer needs and industry gaps to design new features, improve user experience, and run experiments across underwriting, sales, and marketing.
  • Execution Excellence: Prioritize product initiatives, ensure timely delivery, maintain product discipline, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Go-To-Market: Collaborate with sales, business development, and marketing teams to launch digital and offline campaigns, channel partnerships, and D2C initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

  • BTech/BE; MBA from a top B-school preferred
  • 34 years total experience, including 3+ years in product management (with startup exposure)
  • Experience in fintech lending or consumer financial services preferred
  • Proven track record of impact and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Interview Process

  • Product Case Interview - Assess problem-solving, customer understanding, and product thinking.
  • Technical/Execution Round - Deep dive into product ownership, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Business/Go-To-Market Round - Focus on fintech lending knowledge, GTM strategy, and scaling experience.
  • Leadership Round - Cultural fit, vision alignment, and leadership capability.
