Senior Graphic Web Designer Role

The role entails creating visually appealing solutions, graphic design, and user interface (UI) design. This position requires expertise in visual problem-solving, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma, as well as experience in preparing print-ready files.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • a) Graphic Design:
    • Develop logos, brand identities, typography systems, color palettes, iconography, and guidelines.
    • Craft multi-channel campaign assets with a strong visual hierarchy and storytelling.
    • Design packaging concepts, dielines, label systems, point-of-sale materials/merchandise, and shelf-presence mockups; prepare production-ready files.
    • Build client-ready pitch decks and case studies that are engaging and informative.
    • Plan and oversee photo/video shoots, mood boards, styling cues, and reference decks; collaborate with photographers and retouchers.
    • Ensure accurate color representation, print specifications, bleed, overprint, and imposition; coordinate with vendors for proofing.
  • b) User Interface (UI):
    • Design landing pages and lightweight websites in Figma with components/auto-layout, clear grids, and mobile-first thinking.
    • Prepare redlines/specs, export assets, work with developers on feasibility, review staging links, and log fixes.
    • Translate campaign ideas into high-performing web banners and conversion-friendly page sections.
  • c) Team Collaboration and Process:
    • Review junior designers' work, share design standards, and promote file organization.
    • Communicate the value of design—clearly explain choices, cite references, and tie design to outcomes.
    • Incorporate feedback and data without compromising design quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house team with a portfolio spanning brand, campaign, packaging, print, and social media.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specifications.
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
  • Working knowledge of web basics.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills.
