Financial Expert Sought

Job Summary:

  • A highly skilled Chartered Accountant with CA Inter qualification and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance is required to manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets, ensuring timely and accurate statutory filings in line with regulations.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS, Income Tax returns, and compliance activities, as well as coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Operate Tally ERP and other accounting tools, track cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable, and provide MIS reports and financial analysis for management decisions.
  • Maintain proper accounting discipline and guide junior staff if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA Inter - Completed (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting and finance
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory), Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, Advanced MS Excel, and other accounting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience in finalization of accounts
  • Exposure to tax assessments, audits, and statutory compliance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
