About the Role

  • Lead E2E architecture for brownfield billing transformation projects using various technology stacks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Work extensively with telecom tools and platforms, including Siebel, OSM, UIM, BRM, and ECE.
  • Provide architectural guidance for OSS/BSS systems, including service fulfillment and billing domains.
  • Manage architecture deliverables across all epics and tracks.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Domain Expertise: OSS/BSS architecture with knowledge of COTS products like Siebel, OBRM, Convergys Geneva, etc.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in BRM and ECE (mandatory).
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Siebel, OSM, and UIM.
    • Strong understanding of TMF/eTOM or TOGAF frameworks.
    • Knowledge of OOAD, UML, and database design (preferably Oracle).
  • Experience:
    • At least two brownfield billing transformation projects for tier 1 telecom clients.
    • 12-20 years of experience in OSS/BSS architecture and telecom transformation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with multi-vendor teams and interact with C-level executives.
