**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Director to spearhead our finance team in a leadership capacity.

  • **Key Responsibilities:)
  1. Supervise daily financial operations, encompassing accounts management and finalization.
  2. Coordinate daily funds, arrange capital expenditure, and working capital financing from banks.
  3. Develop and maintain expertise in Direct Tax Law, TDS, and collaborate with consultants for tax assessment and appellate matters.
  4. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other consultants.
  5. Monitor and control accounting software configurations to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  6. Ensure timely ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors.
  7. Manage vendor payments, liaise with statutory authorities, and maintain GST compliance.
  8. Ensure TDS compliance, update book entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets, and nurture banking relationships.
