Job Title: Manager, People

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our organization as a strategic people manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a future-ready people strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and values.

This role requires a collaborative and innovative approach to culture building, engagement, and leadership development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving cultural transformation, improving employee experience, and developing effective internal communications strategies.

The following key responsibilities will be essential to success in this role:
• Designing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that drives business outcomes
• Building and maintaining a high-performing team through effective talent management and succession planning
• Developing and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being
• Coaching and mentoring leaders to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications for this role include:

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, People & Culture, or Organizational Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A strong track record of driving culture, engagement, and leadership development in scaling, high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in org design, talent strategy, performance management, and employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels and regions.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's in HR, Org Psychology, or related field preferred.
