Ecommerce Leadership Role

Job Title: Head of Ecommerce

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and operations of the ecommerce division.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  3. Collaborate with senior leaders to set strategic direction and goals.
  4. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, analysis, and innovation.
  5. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate planning and decision-making.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in ecommerce leadership or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
