We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong creative and problem-solving skills who can translate complex requirements into intuitive, aesthetically refined digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a balance of design thinking, visual craft, and hands-on experience with end-to-end product and interface design.

  • User Experience Design: Conduct research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear, user-centered design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centered design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions.
  • Understanding of UI motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions).
  • Exposure to UI/UX for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT for UX writing).
  • Ability to explore how AI can enhance prototyping, user research, and design automation.
