Enterprise Software Engineer

Job Description:

As an experienced Enterprise Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You will lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality code and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality code and best practices.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership by actively participating in coding, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Interact with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
  • Work with messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, or Kinesis for real-time data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.

Technical Requirements:

Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development is required. Hands-on experience with Hibernate and Microservices is also necessary. Familiarity with Spring Cloud and Spring Integration is a plus. Experience with messaging systems like JMS (e.g., MQ, Tibco), Kafka, or Kinesis is also essential. Additionally, a proven ability to lead teams and interact with stakeholders or clients directly is crucial.
