Lead in Digital Payments

This role focuses on strategic planning and execution of digital payment solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in API development, microservices architecture, and retail banking. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities are essential for success.

A key responsibility is to design and implement futuristic solutions for credit cards and payment domains, ensuring robustness and efficiency. The role also involves stakeholder management, vendor relations, financial management, and risk identification.

  • Familiarity with EMV Contact/Contactless technologies, VISA and MasterCard Card Issuing & Acquiring Scheme compliance requirements.
  • Experience with EFT transaction switching, processing, and switch integration with VISA/Mastercard.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles (waterfall, Agile, etc.) and excellent technical documentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, ability to influence, resolve conflicts, and negotiate effectively.
Skills and Experience
  • Digital Channels interface, Encryption, HSM, and ISO8583 messaging standards knowledge.
  • Experience with Web Service integration and APIs, particularly SOAP, JSON, and REST.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, programming languages, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and resourcefulness skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; 8-15 years of experience.
